SESAME'S A Taste of Asia, The Junction, had a double celebration on Wednesday night, blowing out five candles on its birthday cake as well as celebrating another Restaurant and Catering Association win. The Junction restaurant recently won the best Asian category at the association's NSW Regional awards for excellence.
THE Hunter Pirates launched its inaugural season on Monday with a trip to the movies. The basketballers were all there, along with the coaching staff, management and supporters to watch Pirates of the Caribbean on the big screen at Greater Union, Glendale. Adding some colour to the launch were members of the Young Peoples Theatre, who dressed up as pirates.
